I always try to respond in a timely manner. If I'm not available to provide service directly, I still respond to the inquiry and usually refer to an agent who is going to be available to meet your needs. For some reason your inquiry must have slipped by and I didn't see it in my email or have a voicemail from you that I was able to respond to properly.
