Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2018 in Lockport, KY.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsMrs. Kemper sent a inquirer to us unaccompanied by her or any other real estate agent. The person looked around our house and we chaperoned him and showed around our property not knowing who he was or how to sell our place to him. We are not sure why...

I have been selling real estate for a long time and never have I sent clients to a property for the seller to show. The potential buyers that you showed were suppose to have been with their real estate agent that didn't show. I was unaware of it until you told me and I told you that if it happened again to tell the buyers they would have to have their agent with them. You know that the statement you posted is incorrect and obviously upset your property didn't sell. I had your property sold and it would have already closed if it weren't for a title issue that you could not resolve. You obviously want someone to blame other than yourself. I wish you the best and pray that anyone wanting to buy your property pays for a title search.
