I initiated several emails, to which she responded and we had telephone calls. She seemed interested but then disappeared.

I just noticed that I missed a connection with this recent customer who apparently didn't receive my last update note to him advising him that the property he was pursuing is already under contract, and not being shown for backup offers at this time. I have sent him a follow-up note with my regrets for his inconvenience (technology is wonderful when it works correctly!), and advised him that I've flagged the property to watch out for it in case the present deal falls through, so that this time, he can be ahead of others that might have interest as well. I have worked diligently to earn a strong service reputation over the last 25 years, and I strongly believe that EVERY customer deserves prompt,courteous, informed and professional service.
