Nathan in my opinion that's very dishonest of you. Since you and I have never spoken, and you were not in attendance at the inspection, you have no idea what was and was not actually said. Additionally, you never spoke with my receptionist, you spoke with a 3rd party booking service that is a completely different company. Based upon feedback I received about you and your call to that 3rd party booking service, you pressured the booking agent for a discount (you were never bundling any services), and based upon your statements to her you received a VETERANS discount. You were never a veteran and misrepresented yourself. When I found out about this I should have cancelled your inspection. But since you were on a tight deadline I kept the appointment and worked into Friday night (on my own time), to get you the inspection. But I cancelled the veterans discount because you disrespect the men and women of our armed forces by pretending to be one of them so you can get a discount. You have engaged in disgraceful conduct. You have no shame. You have no self-respect and everyone who reads these reviews will know exactly who you are.
