Having lived my life on the Texas Gulf Coast I am experienced in what is our home. Hurricanes, flooding, termites, wind, expansive soils. These are just a few of the conditions we as coastal dwellers must deal with on a daily basis. All of these conditions can be contained, provided you are aware of them.
