Lori was born and raised in Bear River, affectionately known as "the Switzerland of Nova Scotia".  After receiving her BA from Acadia University, Lori spent a few years working in Ottawa. Since returning to Nova Scotia in 1979, Lori has lived from East Ferry to Wolfville, and other communities in between. Lori now resides in the scenic town of Digby and feels she has truly come home.
