I offer clients a non-traditional property management service. For a flat fee I will assist in all aspects of a rental turnover to include move out walk-through, scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repairs to get unit ready to rent, marketing, rental applications, showings, writing/executing new lease, and move-in walk through with new tenants.
