I believe that this reviewer may be posting a review for the wrong company. Our company uses a hosted message center not a standard phone-based voice mail system. There is no limit to the number of messages our message center can accept and store so it would not be possible for the "voice-mail box" to fill up. Also, any messages left on our message center are returned the same day they are left and every caller is provided with excellent customer service.
