Thank you, Joey for your feedback. While I appreciate your opinion, I want to clarify that the details provided in this review are not accurate. After following the Inspection process and moving forward with the purchase you then decided you wanted to ask to lower the purchase price. Unfortunately, that is not how the process works. I did reach out to the listing agent to request a possible price reduction, and her response was the sellers had already signed off and could not financially except any less. In regard to the carpet cleaning. The sellers were to have the carpet cleaned before leaving and the job was not satisfactory. I had agreed to have the carpets cleaned again as a housewarming gift before the listing agent offered to have the company, they use clean the carpets again for free. The buyer called a different carpet cleaning company and had the carpets cleaned. Because I was not the customer who requested the work I was not notified or sent an invoice. When I was made aware of the situation the Invoice was paid. I'm committed to providing honest, trustworthy service and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you directly. Unfortunately not all facts are disclosed in each review. Please make sure YOU as a Buyer read and understand all documents and ask questions before you sign a legal binding contract ! I take pride In being a very honest trustworthy person. Kayla I wish you and Dave the Best in the future !
