    Credit check, criminal background check, etc required BEFORE you can even go see a house! Not rent a house, SEE a house you MAY want to rent. No other agency I dealt with required such a thing. Don't let this company negatively affect your credit...

    Prior to COVID it was common practice for Property Managers to require Rental Customers to prequalify for an Agent Showing. During COVID Property Managers were forced to provide rental showings using self-touring hanging lock boxes and prequalification was not required. Since COVID the use of self-touring hanging lock boxes without prequalification has become the norm.
