After getting out of military (I have since reentered), I started my business in 2011 with practically nothing when I was 21 years old. I purchased a dilapidated duplex in Wilkes-Barre, PA and taught myself how to remodel it while going to school full time and working. I since have been reinvesting my profits to create clean, moderately updated rental housing using the same principle as I stated above.
