    Maximum price for minimal quality. Kraig has several rental houses in nice neighborhoods. That makes his service that much more troubling. He does minimal upkeep on the properties, and makes it known that he doesn’t like responding to maintenance cal...

    Kraig is the property manager of a home I am renting. He is a very good guy - very responsive and always polite. I wish more properties managers were like Kraig!
