Yes you were approved and 3 other applicants were also approved. I tell all my applicants that the person that fills out the application and once its approved, the person that hands me money gets the apartment. If I remember, your application was approved by me and me only. The application (its expired, so I can't see your rating) was NOT RECOMMENDED by Zillow for the loans. The next step was getting the money. A person that applied along that same day, was approved and he got me money asap bc he wanted the apartment more than you. I've been doing this for 30 years and I tell everyone once application is approved I must have money. I'm very sorry for this review but these apartments are very highly in demand and I have to treat everyone the same. The list of money that was needed is mentioned in the add. The other applicant application was approved on the same day as yours and in 48 hours drove to my office and gave me money.
