Hi Makayla, Thanks for reaching out to us but unfortunately it's sad that you would place a negative review due to the facts we have on record regarding your call to our office, you didn't like the policies we have that required you having to apply first and be approved so we don't waste your time or ours in showing you properties we have available and you not being able to be approved in the first place. Our policy is we ask the common pre qualification questions to be sure you would be able to be approved first so you dont waste your money on application fees, and your answers wouldn't pass our qualifications required to be approved so we tried to save you the online application fee as we were just being honest with you but unfortunately we cant satisfy all our prospective tenants due to pre qualification questioning you were denied and unfortunately not happy so you left us a bad review. We wish you the best of luck and we will always pride ourselves as being the best in customer service and honesty in this business. GOOD LUCK .
