    I offer a 30 day guarantee. This guy asks for a refund 6 months later. I tell him No. Now he's whining. Failed to mention the defective staircase I uncovered that saved them thousands, and all the liability associated with that. My satisfaction rate is well over 90%. I am a Certified Master Inspector and have been in business 19 years. You can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time... My price is amongst the lowest in the area, I was there on time, spent an hour with the client at the end of the Inspection walking through the house together, responded same day to an email received about an issue...all easily documented. Sour grapes.
