    Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I due feel it was unfairly written.I was 10 minutes late for this appointment and yes I did apologize. I agree there was a lack of communication entering the home,but I didn't want to keep them waiting any longer. I did greet them entering the home.The form that you are referring to was a buyer/seller agency disclosure, which I am required by law to go over with the potential buyer and have them sign and date and give a copy to. This has nothing to do with any commissions. If they don't want to sign it we are required to write on it that they refused to sign. That is what I said I was doing. I asked that the form be signed after reviewing it. When mentioning HUD and Fannie Mae I was referring to the loan types . I believe there was a misunderstanding there. Regardless you thought I was being rude and that was never my intention. I hope your daughters find a home that will bring them much joy.
