Was very rude on the telephone; a total indicator of what type of landlord she will be. We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in NC 28054ResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityOwner was very rude over the phone and hung up the phone as I was trying to ask a question. If her telephone etiquette is any indicator to the type of landlord she will be, then she will be a very poor one indeed!
