Hi Lora, Any and all reviews are welcome, so I appreciate your input on areas you felt needed improvement. I never want a client to feel that I am not taking the utmost care of them, and to my knowledge your feelings have been a one time situation. I take pride that most of my business comes from referrals and recurring clients. You were a referral from a lender that my clients have used and valued. You and I spent many months together looking at homes each week and we put in several competitive offers in a seller's market which can become tiring and frustrating for buyers. As you mentioned, one afternoon I was unknowingly out of cell phone service and you created your own offer with another actively licensed real estate agent's purchase and sale agreement which did create me to have to ask if you were using another agent. Due to the urgency of the current market, our team has created a system to remedy situations where an agent may not be available 24/7 to ensure our buyer's needs are taken care of to the best of abilities. The first home you went under contract with, I did schedule a last minute appointment with a personal friend who is a licensed contractor on a Sunday evening to serve you to the best of my abilities. All clients have different levels of what they are comfortable repairing or not repairing during the inspection period of a home. Because you didn't feel that home was suitable for the price, I am glad you ended up choosing a different home. The great news is, the home you did purchase is in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Chattanooga and in the past 6 months has accrued over 20% value since you have owned it.
