    I explained my income and kept getting stonewalled with It's simple we need proof of income. He wasn't at all interested in my legitimate funding. There was no attempt to understand or familiarize himself with how I made money. AKA proof of income. ...

    We are sorry to hear you feel this way in regards to our rental process. We do require proof of income showing a weekly income of the monthly rent i.e. pay stub, tax return, etc in order to complete our approval process. This is required to ensure each potential tenant can in fact afford the rental. It's one way Kamins is trying to help protect our tenants from financial strain.
