We are a mom & pop small rental operation.  We try to offer clean, affordable housing to people.  If something breaks, we fix it as soon as we can or have a professional fix it.  We live in the middle of Blackwell, OK and have close community ties.  We are always home and available if a tenant needs immediate help or assistance with a matter.  We try to let our renters bring along their beloved pets as we are pet lovers too.
