Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I wish I would have been aware of your concerns sooner so we could have addressed them immediately. I'm sorry to hear that we didn't live up to your expectations in service as we do always strive to exceed expectations. I would like to address a few items that you mentioned. I always strive to respond as soon as I am able. If I am with a client or in a meeting, I typically do wait until I am finished to respond to messages. As to the "driving me crazy" comment. What I actually said was, "My client is wearing me out... lol" That was when I was attempting to get a response from the listing agent who was not responding day to day regarding them accepting our offer or not. I was not aware that was perceived in a negative light as that was not my intention. When we spoke about schools, you had mentioned that was not important to you as they would be attending the school where you were teaching and we did take your commute time into consideration before making an offer. That being said, you are in a highly sought after school district in your new home. Again, Thank you for taking the time to leave me a review, I am sorry you feel your experience was anything but phenomenal.
