John Whiteside entered the real estate business in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1975 where he was a leading producer until 1981. At that point, John joined Merrill Lynch and moved to Dallas to open an office in the Lakewood/East Dallas market. Lakewood/East Dallas was "love at first sight." In 1984, Merrill Lynch pulled out of the real estate business, but leaving Lakewood/East Dallas was not an option for John. He founded Whiteside Associates Rea...
