This is a fake review. I have not had a conversation with anyone that was contentious or could in any way be construed as rude. I love my job and am happy to work with all buyers and sellers. Zillow does not police fake reviews and allows anyone to post whatever they want, even though it is against Zillow's policy to do so. This is why I no longer advertise with Zillow. If you are a qualified buyer or seller, I would love to speak with you. Also, I do not work in Douglas GA.

I am at a loss as to who this is. I don't recall being rude to any one looking in that price range. There are agents who do not sell under a certain dollar amount. We are independent contractors and can choose who we accept as clients. However, I do sell homes in that range. The caller may have been angered because I'm sure that I did not have any homes in that range in our area that are suitable for their needs. Sometimes buyers confuse rudeness with bad news. I've been screamed at before when I could not help someone because of their needs. That doesn't mean I'm dismissive, rude or don't care. It just means that the request is unattainable. I was recently short with a buyer who called me. Her children were screaming in the background. She screamed back at them in my ear. I couldn't hear her and was in a hurry to meet a client. That could have been thought of as rude, but screaming in my ear is rude. There are two sides to every story.
