Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I do have to admit that I am taken aback by your review and feel very disappointed especially given the year we have worked together. Considering the many homes we have seen together, offers negotiated, and discussions we have had along the way, I would have thought your experience had been different. I truly believed I earned your trust and confidence as your fiduciary providing counsel and negotiating with other parties to best position you for each of your previous contracted homes to include your newly constructed home. I only wish I had not fallen ill in the days leading to your closing and apologize if my staff fell short of your expectations in gapping my time away, but just know your success was my priority as it had being throughout the year. I take pride in trying to do my absolute best to help my clients and will use your insight to better refine my processes especially when something as sudden as an illness comes into the mix.
