Hmm...I putU in contact w/very respected mtg broker, your mtg has all rules practiced by all mtg lenders.Int. rates, mtg ins. rules, terms, etc. would not have differed w/any other lender.Lost$5k in 5 years?Advised mom to have inspecs. I negotiated repairs.My negotiation of sale being poor?I neg sales price of $222k w/seller paying$6,660 of your closing costs,nettingUprice of $215k.Appraisal in at $223,000. A POS+ diff to U of nearly $8k, from day 1 of purch. I negot.warranty for U, paid by seller, to protect U. Today, 3years later, comp sales in sub indicate that Ucould list home at min $260kto$280k, nice equity forU! You will make a good deal of $$, not lose.Process challenging, as both U&seller out of country.Reviewing emails back&forth,they R quite pleasant between us.I was helpful, proactive&reachable at all times.Have had nice conversations w/mom since.Public reviews very important to me& my biz.Why not reach out to ME?
