I would like to apologize that your experience was not pleasant. I truly work hard to help everyone that contacts At Home to find a home that fits their needs. I am sorry that you thought that I was unwilling to help bc it was actually quite the opposite. Having larger dogs makes it difficult to find an owner that will accept them. Unfortunately I was unable to find an owner that was willing to entertain the pets and in some cases the home rented shortly after you sent me your list. I also apologize if I missed any of your messages. I am out showing properties most of the day and I cannot mark a text as unread. Because of this and the fact that I refuse to text while driving, there are times where one will slip through the cracks. I do return every voicemail and email within 24 hours and generally that is a better way to reach me.
