I'm sorry you were upset about having to sign the buyer agency agreement but as I explained to you, it is now the law and I cannot show a property without a signed buyer agency agreement. I attempted to contact you the day before our showing but you did not respond. I made additional attempts the day of our showing and we were able to connect. The questions I was asking of you were not personal in nature but related to the fact that the property you wished to see was a HUD property. As I am a full-service agent I do more for my clients than just unlocking the door. I was attempting to help you decide if this particular home would meet your needs before you took the time to view it. I'm sorry that you were offended by my attempt to take the time to find out more about your home-buying needs, but I will not apologize for trying to help my clients have the best home-buying experience with me.
