    Hands down a negative experience, No communication sadly and after expressing the needs/wants of a home did not take them into consideration. After finding a home I liked sadly the agent declined me getting a showing of the home and never got texted ...

    I'm not sure why this buyer felt there was no communication; I made appointments for him to see three homes (but he cancelled due to a family emergency), I explained the buying process to him as he was a first time home buyer, and referred him to a lender so he could be pre-approved to make offers. I checked in with the lender a few days later to see if any changes were made to his application but none were. It was less than 2 weeks after the buyer and I communicated on the loan results when the buyer posted this feedback on my performance as a realtor, after the homes he liked went under contract. I am sorry the buyer felt this was a negative experience but it wasn't of my making. This market is a strong seller market, especially in the price point the buyer was looking in. There were many disappointed, frustrated buyers in the recent past and I am truly sorry for that experience.
