    Jen has not resolved a leak at a current property under her care that has impacted other tenants in the building. Cannot recommend Jen. Safer to go with someone else. This is as of February 2024.

    Although we did not end up leasing the property that we worked with Jen on, she was very responsive, helpful, and understanding. She served as a great liaison between my roommate and I and the property owner. We would gladly work with Jen again.
