Landlord never entered the property without tenants permission.As a property owner, waterline issues must be addressed regardless of holiday status. Tenant left unit dirty with raw meat left behind in refrigerator, professional cleaning service was used to remove dirt and grease left by tenant on appliances, walls and countertops. kitchen sink was clogged with grease requiring a plumber service, Tenant was offered options for Paypal with 3% transaction fee to pay rent or have their bank make landlord a payee through which they could pay rent online...both options were declined by the tenant.
