Judith, I am so sorry that you feel that I did not go above and beyond for you and your family during the purchase of your new home. Congratulations again! However, I want to ensure that I had an opportunity to respond to you. Throughout the entire process you were very hard to get a hold of. Myself, my transaction coordinator, and even the lender had to call and text multiple times to ever get a response. I asked multiple times if you wanted a final walkthrough and a re-inspection and neither you or your father responded. Leading me to assume that you didn't want one. I headed to the attorney's office because you never confirmed the final walk through. Secondly, you and your family saw the home no less than 3-4 times. You never brought up any issues besides the ones we agreed to put on the repair amendment. Every item that you asked to be on the repair amendment was completed by the seller. They provided all receipts and invoices. You felt that the home wasn't cleaned to your satisfaction, I had someone there at 9 am the following morning to deep clean the home again, at my expense. The issues that you brought up at the walkthrough were all addressed before your walkthrough on the next day. The following day you were still not satisfied and brought up additional issues that were not brought up the previous day. At the point I did educate you and your family that legally, the sellers have fulfilled their contractual obligation and that you had no legal recourse to not close. I let you know you would lose your Earnest Money Deposit, and could potentially be sued by the Seller's Broker for Specific Performance. At that point you began yelling at me, and even called the home inspector and yelled at him as well. Then your mother and your father yelled at me too, at which your mother put her hand in my face and told me to stop talking. I reiterated what time the closing was and that I would see you there. Again, my apologies if you feel as though I didn't go above and beyond for you, but I really did everything I could to make this a smooth process for you.
