Dave and Tracy I feel like were family. When we postponed looking for a house for a couple of years we stayed in touch via email and facebook. We both went through marriages,missionaries, grandkids, great hikes and family fun. When it was time to get moving you followed my lead and we were able to hit pay dirt with a cash buyer.
