Im very surprised to receive such a negative review almost 60days after closing from a transaction that I thought ended very well.This house had multiple offers and went under contract for right at list price.The buyer’s lender of choice appraised at contract price.As far as negotiations, agreed on a new roof, 8 repair items, $3k in concession, of which $2k came from me.This was written up and signed by buyers. The statement that I am in this for an easy commission goes totally against my beliefs. I served in the USNavy, went on 2 deployments to the Persian Gulf and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.I certainly didn’t do that for money nor did I help these buyers for only money. I enjoy the satisfaction of helping people.We also did a final walk,and buyers signed a Final Walk form. Next there was no dissatisfaction at closing.At the end I bought the buyers a $500 home warranty so they could have peace of mind. I would certainly like to extend an invitation to talk this over.
