    Jane is 100% professional. She got back to me the same day and answered all my questions and responded within 24 hours to a repair issue I had about a noisy fan. I would recommend Jane as a landlord, also she is a very nice person.

    I currently rent a home in Kettering since May 2013. Mr. And Mrs. Wentz have been very responsive in fixing two issues I have had - garage door and bath faucet. They are proactive as well in home maintenance. Home is a great value in a very nice neig...
