Sold this house in only a few weeks. House was not updated in 30-40 years, and clients were unwilling to update to get top dollar for property. Despite this, was able to get multiple offers for the clients to accept. However, they rejected all offers and finally accepted a lower offer because all others were removed. To help compensate them, I cut the commission in half and took less money on the deal.
