Unfortunately, they can't all be 5 star transactions. I made several attempts to procure the perfect property for this client, but in the end it all came down to appropriate financing. Financing is crucial in today's market, and not all loans are created equal. I always advise my clients to be very selective when picking a bank, and help educate them on the pros and cons of alternative loans. I believe that buying a home is not something that should be done in haste. When the time is right, the perfect house will be there.
