    I found Paul Simms to be very hardworking and knowledgeable as a landlord. He is responsive and genuinely concerned about people who live in the properties he manages. If there is an issue, he will work to make it right.

    I have been in contact with several property managers, and Paul Simms, by far, is the WORST one of all. He never fixes anything but will show up like clockwork to get that rent money though. I have lived at this location and the back door was broke...

    Not sure who this really is. However, I disagree that we do not fix things, We respond as quickly as we can to any legitimate maintenance request. We care about our properties, and we care about our residents. Again, I do not know who this is. There is no name given and no address. My guess, without going into details, is that there were other factors at play here between the landlord / tenant relationship.
