Tenant is being spiteful with this review because they did not want to leave this property. They told me that they could not find a deal as good as this one. Tenants were asked to leave after being verbally abusive and throwing an object at me following two incidents. Incident 1 - Tenant was illegally downloading copyrighted material from our free high speed internet and asked to stop. When they did not stop, became angry with me when peer-to-peer networking was blocked to prevent future downloads. Incident 2 - Tenants built a ~700 lb planter on their back porch without permission and became irate when asked to remove it for safety reasons. During their stay they were generally happy to be there until these incidents occurred. Male tenant became increasingly abusive and aggressive so much so that I became concerned for my welfare and the welfare of the other tenants. Bibb Country Sheriff Department was made aware of these incidents.
