    Ms. Shamberuzuh was mis-informed by her mother & the seller. Ms. Shamberuzuh did not attend the home inspection or re-inspection (She showed up long enough to sign paperwork & make payment) because her mother will be the primary occupant, her mother attended both. During the re-inspection her mother & the seller had a verbal agreement that the seller would repair the deficiencies after the closing date. Now Ms. Shamberuzuh wants to blame someone other her mother for not getting it in writing from the seller. Home inspectors do not negotiate the terms of any repair items, we report the condition of the property the day & time of the inspection which was provided to her & her realtor via email.
