thank you for your feed back i am sorry you felt this way. while we attempt to provide a personalized degree of attention to all callers, we do honestly receive hundreds of calls a week and dozens of applications for various locations. our goal is to verify income and credit. while your credit was good, we were not able to verify your income in a traditional manner, due to the fact that you are self employed. we felt that there was a reluctance on your part to share current income information. the facts of it were your current income stream was not able to be established. it would not be prudent for us to place a new resident in a unit without a current income stream . as you requested , your credit report and information you submitted was mailed back to you on april 16,2020 we mailed to the address you indicated was current on your application . unfortunately these are unusual times, and We wish you luck in your search.

thanks for your feedback. we apologize that your experience was not as you expected. while we strive to provide individualized attention to applicants, we are a husband and wife operation. we utilize remote showing techniques so that people are not waiting to view units. apparently, that was not what you were expecting. our units are clean and what people want in locations they desire. as a result they go quickly. while the unit you were interested in was leased by the time we received your application, we attempted to provide an alternate comparable rental. i am sorry, if this came across as bait and switch. while you were not happy with your experience, we hope you found a place that meets your needs.
