I've asked him for photos of a house as I was hours away and he said he would see what he could do. He did NOTHING. The next day I find out they are taking offers by 5pm for demolition.

Hello Kelsey, as I’ve explained to you numerous times the property you inquired about was not safe to walk hence why the city had it under the demolition list.
