    If there is an issue reported it is taken care straight away, we always tell everyone document all before moving anything in to apartment with photos and written comments on the walkthrough paperwork provided so it is impossible to be held responsible for something that was already there. It's technically impossible to warn anyone of a car break in, in advance in Miami. Car break in's happen all the time everywhere in Miami. There are no maintenance issues in this building, if its broken it gets fixed. Yes there were issues with the gate, there was a power outage which affected the gate but was fixed straight away and Also a tenant covered the sensor with tape that stopped the gate from working again fixed right away. We make constant trips to the property to check all is ok, Most of the tenants have been there for years and love it there.

    Sandra Mendoza Tenants dog barked continuously disturbing the neighbours for the duration of the lease followed by complaints from the neighbours, front gate was and is in working condition for the duration of the lease. Oven worked for duration of the lease and still is working as per walk through. Lease contract was read very carefully by tenant and initialed every page as well signed lease at the bottom that all was read very carefully before signing. Sandra Mendoza was Not charged for anything other than the rent for the duration of the lease. Bathroom door was reported as working but dragged on the floor in one section but still closed when door was asked to be fixed, Bathroom door was looked at and was going to be fixed but tenant then said not fix it as she had decided to leave but then changed her mind and didn't leave, this happened 2 times during the 12 month lease. Apartment and complex was completely remodelled and loved by many.
