John removed a load bearing wall from our kitchen/living room area creating one large room. This involved putting in new raftors to support the weight, and John was able to do this WITHOUT having to remove the roof or shingles. After the wall was removed we had to replace the floor due to mold, then insullation, drywall, and trim.
