I'm sorry that you feel this way, however I disagree about what actually happened. In fact I did an excellent job for you, you had professional staging, professional photography, many showings, a busy open house, and multiple offers for a great price. You received numerous phone calls and texts from me with updates all the way through the process, and you successfully closed in a reasonable time frame. The problem was that you had a major inspection item come up that you had to negotiate to address, and you were not happy about that, so blamed me even though it had nothing to do with me. You are correct, I was at the hospital with a very grave situation throughout your time under contract so my response time may have been slightly slower than you would have liked, but you were never left alone, and I always had coverage all the way through. You simply had no empathy. In all my years in business this is the only negative review I've ever received, so hopefully people can see that it was due to extenuating circumstances and I still performed my responsibilities exceptionally well. I hope you can see more clearly now, and perhaps you would consider to remove this unfair review. I hope you are doing well in your new location.
