David and Holly Felger renewed their lease 3 times and the Owner permitted them to modify their lease at lease 2 times. Unfortunately when they moved south they left several days early and neglected their responsibilities to the home owner. Unfortunately, tenants always believe the homeowner is always the villian. Tenants always have the choice to not renew and move.

Hallock Properties managed and leased Larry and Linda Kloosing's country club home for them for almost 4 years. The home was leased to 4 different tenants. Management turned the home over by coordinating with the Owner's the former tenants and the new tenant's with almost not vacancy rent loss very successfully 4 times. Before the Owner moved to FLA, they were very wise to complete a service agreement for their new furnace air conditioner. One-Hour Heating was contracted to inspect the unit twice a year. Management was specifically instructed there would be no HVAC maintenance required by management, One-Hour Heating was responsible. One-Hour Heating must have charged them to change the filter.
