    As a roofer report stated there were repairs done to the roof after the inspection and the damage was done to the roof after we were there. The different color shingles in our report vs the roofers report verifies that there were things done after our inspection. The newer shingles had not adhered yet even, further proof that they were installed after the inspection. There was even fresh wood pieces and sawdust on the shingles. You should be going after the seller for non disclosure of the issue/recent repairs. We wish you well.
