NOT A CLIENT. DEFAMATORY & RETALIATORY REVIEW. While I understand the frustration of not securing an apartment—especially in a highly competitive rental market—this review is both defamatory and misleading. This individual was never my client and was not represented by me in any way. He attended an open house-style showing window, which was clearly stated in the listing for full transparency. I arrived early and was finishing up with another prospective renter when he came in. I welcomed him shortly after and spent extra time answering questions and even offering tips to help with future applications. Our interaction was respectful, and I genuinely thought it went well, so I was surprised to see a negative review. This seems to stem from frustration over the landlord’s decision—not any misconduct on my part. The landlord, who was my client, received multiple applications and selected the strongest one, which was above asking price. I had no role in that final choice. It’s disappointing when someone takes out their frustration in a public review—especially when that review doesn't reflect the truth. I work hard to lead with integrity and to treat everyone with respect, whether they’re a client or not. I encourage anyone reading this to look through the many reviews from actual clients who’ve worked with me directly and can speak to the level of service I consistently deliver.
