Property managed a Condo home I rent in Lake view, Chicago, IL.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsHe was late to the showing of the unit, there was no transparency that the showing was for 20+ people, and was misleading, even when asked direct questions. He was somewhat responsive via text. His perfect ratings elsewhere seem very suspect.

This review doesn’t reflect what actually happened. The person who wrote it was never my client. The landlord was my client, and the showing was clearly listed as an open house window. I arrived early, greeted him after finishing up with another attendee, and spent time answering questions and offering helpful advice. He was never represented by me, so it's misleading for him to comment on my skills as a negotiator or agent. The landlord received multiple strong applications and made the final decision. I had no role in choosing the tenant. I understand how frustrating it can be to miss out on a place, but this review misrepresents the situation. I treat everyone with respect and encourage anyone reading this to check out the reviews written by people I’ve actually worked with.
