We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Saint Petersburg, FLResponsivenessPriceWork qualityPunctualityColleen, the woman i spoke with about the house and about the 2 year lease requirement absolutely snapped on me, then hung up on me... I thought there was a possibility that my call dropped due to the ridiculous nature, so I called back. Left a mess...Response from Goforitreal LLC on 3/24/2016
The gentleman I spoke to, Austin, was aware we are seeking long term, stable tenants and did not want people moving in and out of the home. He agreed to the two years and had only one roommate. When we told him of an early termination penalty, he began stating how unfair it was and wanted out in one year, and other guys could move in, etc...so we caught him in a lie. We then asked him how fair would it be if tenants agree to two years, then move out in one. We went on to state this wasn't a good match and wished him luck in his search, and hung up. Obviously, he was too busy vocalizing his rationale of his rules, he did not hear us. Because Austin did not get his way, he has fabricated lies on a review in an immature manner. There is no such thing as a "2 year forced lease," nor did we state the posted comments, nor did we "flip out." Austin would not make a good tenant for anyone, and that is why his current landlord is asking him to leave.
