Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Macclenny, FL.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsShe seems nice at first, and has knowledge of real estate. However, she gets angry very quickly and acts rude and hostile if you do not agree with everything she thinks, what she wants, or if you ask too many questions. I do not recommend her. While it is upsetting to have any customer dissatisfied, it is disheartening when it is a woman that I have gone beyond the call to help many times. I am responding with facts that can be proven. Her colloquy is not true. Even now as she sprays venom, she wants exceptions to the rental lease that would benefit only her. I am the property manager and I can't hobble the lease. When a rental is left in poor condition, beyond normal wear and tear, I can't find a sensible or fair-minded explanation. None of us would want to know what is trampled into the carpet in this rental. I gave the pictures to the owner and followed his reasonable directive in imposing claim on deposit. The pictures are worth a thousand words. My experience is 99.999 percent of renters maintain the rentals well and get 100% of their deposits back. This woman is an exception. Let me pose the question to property owners and renters: what amount of damage beyond normal wear and tear, do you find acceptable?
