I am a little surprised at this review 2 years after the sale. I remember this transaction well and everything seemed to wrap up fine. There was a delay due to a closing of buyer's home in another state and we were able to work that out. I was not aware of a missed signature at title company. If asked, I would definitely have transported the client back to the title company. I strive to be attentive to all my clients and earnestly apologize if your expectations were not met.
